Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, is speculatively developing a logistics facility with around 26,000 square meters split into three units in Pulheim, north west of Cologne. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2019.
Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, has finalized lease contracts with logistics service provider Western Post (DE) for two units of a logistics facility in Bochum totaling around 20,300 square meters. The company handles logistics for the e-commerce sector there.

Prologis is expanding the logistics space for the independent aftermarket business line of the technology company Continental in Groß-Rohrheim in Southern Hesse, Germany, to around 34,000 square meters. This represents an increase of almost 7,000 square meters. Construction started recently and is due to finish in early 2019.

Prologis announced the sale of a portfolio of assets in Germany. The portfolio comprises five stabilised assets in Bad Hersfeld, Borken, Bremerhaven, Hassfurt and Neunkirchen.
Prologis has signed two lease agreements covering around 17,200 square meters of space in Unna, Germany. Prasco GmbH will occupy around 6,200 square meters in a newly developed logistics facility, and a global logistics service provider will use around 11,000 square meters. This means that just three months after completion of the speculatively developed facility, Prologis Park Unna is fully leased.
Prologis together with L’Oréal today celebrates the cornerstone ceremony for the new logistics facility in Muggensturm, Germany. Prologis is the project developer. Already at the beginning of next year, all 450 employees are to move into their new workplace. Upon its completion, the CO2-neutral facility will comprise an area of over 100,000 square meters. L’Oréal will supply the markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from here.
DÜSSELDORF (February 6, 2018) – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced the construction start of a CO2-neutral logistics center for L’Oréal. At completion, the facility, located in Muggensturm near Karlsruhe, will comprise approximately 101,000 square meters of logistics space.
