When the BMW Group needed a spare parts warehouse, we exceeded the expectations of the automobile manufacturer: We found the ideal area near Munich – one of the most sought-after logistics locations in Germany – and proved perseverance and tact in the negotiations with all parties involved.

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do and we work hard to build long-standing and trusted relationships with the businesses on our Parks. Whether it’s delivering innovative, sustainable buildings on time or supporting our customers with a dedicated, award-winning property management team, we work hard to take care of the detail so our customers can concentrate on running their businesses. When the online retailer AO wanted to expand into continental Europe as quickly as possible and was dependent on a short planning and construction period for its new logistics facility, Prologis was able to offer the perfect solution: In Bergheim near Cologne, we purchased a plot of land that exactly met AO's needs. The new European headquarters of AO was built in 10 months.

We know our customers need to deliver on their promises, so we work hard to deliver on ours. For the cosmetics manufacturer L'Oréal, we recently completed a facility with more than 100,000 square meters of logistics space. The customer wanted the distribution center to be 100 percent carbon neutral. Since we were able to assure L'Oréal that we would meet this demand, the company chose Prologis for the project.
