Since 2013, Prologis employees around the world engage in the annual IMPACT day, the company’s global day of service. They put down their pens and roll up their sleeves to serve the communities where we live and work.
The IMPACT Day gives our employees the opportunity to demonstrate Prologis’ core values of Integrity, Mentorship, Passion, Accountability, Courage and Teamwork. Employees of Prologis engage in all kinds of service from environmental clean-up campaigns over renovation work in social facilities to programs for traffic safety.
Prologis colleagues from across the globe supported 48 organizations with 66 projects focused on education, human welfare and the environment on IMPACT Day 2018.
In 2018, the team of Prologis Germany supported the Simonette-Fliedner-Haus mother-child home, an organization in Kaiserswerth, Düsseldorf, that helps pregnant women and mothers in need. The Prologis team set up and arranged new furniture for the home’s outdoor space, cleaned the patio and garden—including adding new plants—and set up a children’s play area with a tent and mats on the patio.
