Nadine Hellebrandt

Nadine Hellebrandt serves as director, investment services Northern Europe. She is responsible for all investment services in the region, which includes Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Nordics. Her role includes analysis and appraisal of new capital deployment opportunities and preparation of the results for the executive committee.

Nadine Hellebrandt started working for Prologis in May 2022 and is based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Previously, she lived in London where she held positions in real estate, private equity and investment banking. She has more than 13 years of professional experience.  Most recently, she worked for J. Safra Real Estate and was responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of offices located in London, Madrid and Germany. Prior to that, she was an asset manager at Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, a private equity associate at Pantheon Ventures and a M&A analyst at Robert W. Baird.

Nadine Hellebrandt holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maastricht, as well as a master’s degree in finance from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School in London.
