Grunow started her training in 2016 as an apprentice real estate professional at Prologis and is now property management assistant Germany. During her apprenticeship, she worked throughout all the departments in Germany and also at the headquarters in Amsterdam. In summer 2019, Grunow completed her training as a management assistant in real estate at the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry and (IHK). She graduated as one of the best in her class and received an award from the IHK for this achievement during the graduation ceremony on October 10, 2019.
“I’m very happy about this award,” says Grunow. “The success is largely due to my great team at Prologis in Germany and Northern Europe, which has always supported me. Right from the start, my colleagues shared their knowledge; involved me in responsibilities, meetings and appointments; and were always open to new ideas and impulses. This taught me a lot and allowed me to put what I learned into practice.”
Prologis’ team in Germany also received an award from IHK at the ceremony for “outstanding performance in vocational training.” In addition to commercial training, the Prologis team offers recent graduates, and young people in advanced studies with a focus on real estate, the opportunity for a successful career start.
