Prologis delivered a 17,300 square meter build-to-suit logistics facility in Prologis Park Bremen for packaging solutions company G. Gühring Industrieholzverpackungen & Projekt / Logistikdienstleistungen. Gühring is using the space for the production and storage of industrial packaging products for the automotive industry and the mechanical engineering and plant construction sectors.
Prologis built the facility on a site in the Güterverkehrszentrum Bremen—the largest and most established cargo traffic center in Germany.
“Prologis Park Bremen is an ideal location for an internationally active company. The motorways near the site offer our customers excellent access to the Port of Bremen, Hamburg and the agglomerations of North Rhine-Westphalia,” said Philipp Feige, vice president, market officer, Prologis Germany.
The facility was planned in full compliance with the gold standards of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
