A great gain for our team: Prologis welcomes Volker Schönfeld as new director, leasing officer Germany. Together with the market officers and property managers, Schönfeld is responsible for the development and administration of our logistics real estate in Germany. As of 1 December 2017, he took over responsibility for leasing activities in Germany and maintaining and expanding our company network with customers, brokers and other market participants throughout the region.
Schönfeld has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and develops customized solutions for our customers' individual needs. Prior to joining Prologis, he worked in several leasing departments at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, Kaufland Objektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and Deutsche Bahn and Rigbers & Partner GmbH & Co. KG.
After his apprenticeship in the real estate and housing industry, Schönfeld graduated from the European Business School (EBS) with a degree in real estate economics and from IRE│BS / University Regensburg with a degree in retail property management.
