The Prologis team in Germany is pleased to welcome two new colleagues. Konstantin Braun started his graduate program on July 1, and Julian Kux joined the leasing department on July 15.
Kux will complete his degree in real estate economics at the IRE│BS International Real Estate Business School in Eltville this fall. After completing a vocational training program as a real estate agent, he worked as an undergraduate assistant at DB Schenker AG and later as a broker for logistics space at Savills for four years. “Given the scarcity of space and high demand, the logistics real estate sector has become an exciting field,” said Kux. “I look forward to the challenge of always finding the best solution for our customers.” He joins the leasing team and is responsible for the Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover markets—from initial customer inquiries to all other aspects of relationships with tenants.
Braun is completing the European Graduate MRICS Program at Prologis. After vocational training as a real estate agent, he studied business administration at the University of Regensburg. He recently completed a double master’s degree program in real estate at Hong Kong University and the IRE│BS in Regensburg. While preparing his master’s thesis, he worked for STRABAG Real Estate as a student trainee. “After a year in Hong Kong, I wanted to begin my career at an international real estate company,” said Braun. “Now I look forward to getting to know the different departments at Prologis in Germany and the Benelux region and learning more about the logistics asset class.” After two months in the development department, he will spend time in leasing, property management, project management and, starting at the end of October, various areas of the company in Amsterdam.
