DÜSSELDORF (April 24, 2017) – Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced the sale of a logistics facility in Himberg, Austria.
Developed in 2011, the logistics center comprises approximately 11,000 square meters of Class-A space. The high-quality building is leased on a long-term basis to an international logistics service provider as its sole tenant. The modern logistics park is located near Vienna International Airport and has good connections to Bratislava and Budapest. It is the only logistics park developed by Prologis in Austria.
“This transaction is in line with our investment strategy of consolidating our portfolio and aligning it with global markets,” said Thomas Karmann, managing director, regional head, Prologis Northern Europe. “Upon closing this transaction, Prologis will exit the Austrian market.”
