In order to meet the today’s requirements for city distribution, the property will be converted speculatively into a multi-tenant hub with 35 dock doors for mini vans and eight dock doors for trucks.

Jack Geurtjens, director transactions Northern Europe at Prologis, says, “City distribution is becoming more and more a focus of our clients. Location is key. This acquisition perfectly suits the growing demand for city distribution, and we are looking for more opportunities in the area going forward.”
