Prologis is planning to develop a logistics park of around 60,000 square meters with two distribution centers on a 103,000 square meter site in the conveniently located city of Bottrop. Each of these centers will consist of three units.The logistics space will be available in Q3 2024. 

Prologis Park Bottrop is located southeast of the city center, directly on the A42 highway with good access to the A2 and B224. The port of Duisburg is only 30 minutes away. In the Ruhr conurbation, more than 5 million people can be reached within a short distance.
