Michael Nolte is director, head of project management Germany at Prologis. He leads the project management team, which conceptualizes, develops and implements projects and budgeting of warehouse equipment for customers. Previously, he was as a self-employed real estate consultant in Düsseldorf and an authorized signatory, responsible for project development and asset management at the German branch of a Dutch family office specializing in real estate in Aachen. At GOLDBECK West in Monheim am Rhein, he worked as a sales engineer in the office division.
