Kathrin Grunert

Kathrin Grunert serves as director, real estate & customer experience lead Northern Europe and is responsible for all Prologis property management activities in Germany. As head of a team of almost 20 people, she ensures that we can provide our customers with the best possible services. The team is tasked with commercial and technical management, as well as optimization of the real estate portfolio. Grunert is also the first point of contact for all customer concerns in leased facilities. Additionally, she steers the property management in Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium together with the real estate & customer experience leads of the respective countries as part of her role in Northern Europe.

Grunert has over 20 years of experience in the fields of property management and asset management. She worked as a property manager and team leader at Aareal Bank Group and as an asset manager for Fortress Germany Asset Management GmbH. She joined Prologis as a property manager and trainer in 2014 and has been in charge of the company’s portfolio in the Cologne region ever since. As senior property manager since 2017, Grunert has overseen various projects and also been responsible for process optimization in the management of external service providers.

After completing her apprenticeship as a commercial clerk in the real estate industry and further training as a certified real estate specialist, Grunert completed her studies at the European Business School (EBS) as a real estate economist.
